Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday–Friday, 12 PM–6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM–2 PM. Sunday and Monday, 12 PM–6 PM, are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. You’re also welcome to book a visit during our walk-in days.
How does the $50 savings offer work?
Sign up with your contact information and book an appointment through our website to save an extra $50 on an eligible mattress purchase of $399 or more after promotional discounts. Promotional Belize excluded. Complete your appointment booking to qualify; complete the calendar confirmation to reserve your appointment.
How long should I plan for a visit?
A visit typically takes about 30–45 minutes. Our booking calendar reserves a full hour so you have time to compare options and ask questions.
Can I buy a mattress online?
Our website helps you explore your options and plan a visit. Contact us or come to the showroom to choose and purchase your mattress.
Can you help me find the right feel?
Absolutely. We’ll ask about your preferred feel, sleeping position, and what you want to improve about your current mattress. Then you can compare options in person. Comfort is personal; a showroom visit helps you feel the difference.
Can I arrange a virtual consultation?
Yes. Visit our Virtual Consultation page to request a free live catalog review with David. Choose a preferred time and platform; David will confirm the appointment and meeting link. The same eligible extra $50 appointment savings applies.
What if I need to come after normal hours?
Call David to request a time outside our listed hours. We’ll confirm whether we can accommodate you before you travel.
What should I know about exchanges and warranties?
We offer a qualifying 30-day comfort exchange rather than returns. Ask us to review the current conditions, service fee, and any price difference before purchasing. Warranty coverage varies by model.
