Can a video call replace trying a mattress?
A consultation helps you understand construction, compare options and ask questions. Comfort is personal, and a video call cannot let you feel the mattress. David will review the applicable exchange conditions and warranty details before you purchase.
Do I need to know which mattress I want?
No. Bring your questions, your size if you know it, and an idea of your budget. If you use an adjustable base or need an RV mattress, bring measurements and setup details too.
